The proposal was presented before the Head of Legal Bureau of the National Land Agency and the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/the Head of National Land Office in 2015 and as the result, the Minister (Mr. Ferry Mursyidan Baldan) served circular letters to all power projects in Indonesia and issued Regulation No. 17 of 2016 on the Arrangement of Land in Coastal Areas and Small Islands.

Dispute Resolutions

Assisting and Representing PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (Waskita Karya) on the dispute against its subcontractor in the Western Kalimantan Province. The dispute involved a project on infrastructure industry developed in Kalimantan region. As per the conclusion of the dispute, Waskita Karya won the law suit and the plaintiff had to pay all cost related to the litigation process.
Representing PT CIU Insurance Indonesia in the litigating a lawsuit (as plaintiff) against PT Skyaviation Indonesia. The dispute was regarding investment activities made in Skyaviation for its objective in procuring Sukhoi Superjet 100. The litigation was successful as PT CIU was awarded both material damages and subsequent compensation as legal remedies.
Assisting and representing an Indonesian citizen against PT Nordic Maritime, a shipment and surveyor company. The lawsuit was about shareholders dispute which subsequently turned into a civil lawsuit lodged by a private individual. The outcome of the litigation process was positive and victorious for our client.
Successfully representing PT Graha Jasa Ekatama in a land dispute against PT Djawimex Indonesia. The disputed property was a prime location in Southern Jakarta with a size of 47,000 square meters. The value of the litigation was in the amount of IDR 250 billion. The litigation had been concluded after 12 months of court proceedings with the ownership of the land awarded to our client.
Litigating criminal cases involving corporate embezzlement and fraud in the amount of IDR 150 billion perpetuated by the officers of the company (PT FIM Jasa Ekatama as the complainant). The report was made in Polda Metro Jaya (PMJ) and the case had been concluded through a settlement agreement.
Representing and assisting Stargate Asia, a company in Kendari, Southeastern Sulawesi, in regards to its nickel license permit. The representation was focused in facing the Office of the Governor of Southern Sulawesi as well as other nickel mining company. The representation includes litigation in the Administrative Court, Civil Court as well as National Police Headquarter. The outcome of this litigation process was positive as the courts granted our lawsuit and handing the permit to our client.
