Biography
Raditya is a Partner at B.Av. He has over 14 years’ professional experience as a lawyer.
He has extensively handled many types of commercial litigations involving complex issues, which includes civil litigations, criminal litigations, shareholders disputes, land related litigations, bankruptcy and delay of payments as well as arbitration and employment matters. During his term as a lawyer, he has represented and assisted domestic and international clients from various industries. These experiences highlight his understanding of the commercial as well as the legal aspects of various industries. Previously, Raditya was a senior litigation lawyer at an Indonesian prestigious law firm, Makarim & Taira S., and seconded to Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore.
One of the high-profile cases that Radit has handled was an arbitration dispute at BANI between a project owner and a contractor related to the construction of 5 stars international hotel chain in Sumatera. In this case, Radit represented the project owner, and the tribunal handed over the Award in favour of the project owner.
He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Universitas Parahyangan.
He is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Bar Association) and holds an Indonesian Bar License to practice before the Indonesian courts.

- Assisting and representing a subsidiary of the one of the largest foreign chain hospitals in Malaysia and Australia in land litigation both in Civil and Administrative cases.
- Assisting and representing one of the biggest electronic products companies in Indonesia in shareholders dispute between the majority and minority shareholders.
- Assisting and representing a worldwide hotel chain management in a civil litigation against its former director.
- Assisting and representing a Project Owner (as a defendant) in the arbitration proceedings in BANI filed by its main contractor related to the construction of a 5 stars hotel in Bintan.
- Representing and advising an on-land hatchery of a marine biota business company as the applicant in a delay of payment proceedings in the Central Jakarta District Court.
- Assisting and advising an American Multinational Financial Services company in a termination of its C-Level employee.
- Assisting and representing PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. in its acquisition of land and building in Central Jakarta from its subsidiary in 2019.
- Advising and representing a subsidiary of a global automotive safety manufacturer company (as a defendant) in an Industrial Relations Dispute at Bandung Industrial Relations Court against twenty former employees.
- Assisting and representing PT Central Java Power/Sumitomo Subsidiary on the acquisition of approximately 70 hectares land area (from around 280 plots of land) in Tubanan Village, Jepara Regency, Central Java for constructing expansion of the Tanjung Jati B Power Plants (2 x 1,000 MW) and additional ash pond area of Tanjung Jati B power plants in 2015 ‐ 2017 and handling its land certification at the National Land Office in Jakarta.
