s.hamdi@b-av.coHamdi serves as the Managing Partner of B.Av, advising on high-stakes commercial transactions and complex corporate matters. He also serves as a Practitioner Lecturer in the Master of Business Law program at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. His practice focuses on delivering practical and commercially driven legal solutions aligned with business objectives. He regularly advises leading multinational corporations and major Indonesian business groups, including prominent clients such as Bitget Group, Daimler Group, Nissan Group, AkzoNobel Group, Signify Commercial Group (Philips Lighting), MAERSK Group, Panasonic Group, YKK Group, Merdeka Group, Bakrie Group, Salim Group, and Pertamina Group.
Prior to founding B.Av, Hamdi honed his craft as a corporate lawyer at HHP Law Firm (Baker McKenzie), one of Indonesia's leading law firms. He also served as a Commissioner of a multinational shipping company, giving him a unique perspective that bridges legal strategy with boardroom-level decision-making.
